This mesh bodied berley cage not only acts as your sinker but is a fish magnet designed to bring the fish to you.

Its mesh body is closed at the bottom. This is designed to hold berley longer in fast flowing water. Once it is cast in and hits the water it allows berley  to slowly seep out as it hits the bottom.

Weighing 70g and being of large size it holds more berley and stimulates feeding activity fast. It has a wide range of uses and performs well in deep lakes and reservoirs and fast moving rivers, creeks and estuaries as well as bay beaches.

Berley can be mixed so it stays in the cage longer and is deposited on the bottom near your hook bait waiting to attract a fish into your catch zone. Alternatively, a lighter berley mix will spread the majority of berley through the water column so that it attracts fish from all around. The berley that stays in the cage when it hits bottom leads fish directly to your bait.

This model berley cage has  fins on its sides to provide lift. This enables it to quickly rise in the water when you wind in and avoids it dragging over the bottom and getting snagged.
